Will Nash

Will is a solicitor in the Employment and Pensions Service at Charles Russell.

Will advises companies and senior individuals across a wide range of sectors. He works closely with the HR teams, in-house legal functions and directors of major companies, advising on all employee related issues including business sales, restructuring and complex disciplinary and grievance procedures. Will has also advised clients on trade union recognition and industrial action, as well as participating in direct negotiations with unions. Will has extensive experience of all forms of litigation in both the Tribunal and High Court, including high value discrimination claims and injunctive proceedings.

Will’s clients include Sports Direct International Plc, Mercedes AMG Petronas Formula One, a national food supplier, high street retailer, leading US law firm and a number of hedge funds and asset management businesses. Will has also advised a Premier League football club on player contracts, a football manager on the terms of his employment with and departure from a top 10 Premier League club and the Chairman of a Championship football club. 

Will regularly speaks at conferences, including delivering a session at an international HR conference in New York. He also frequently contributes to publications, including being quoted in the national press.
