This includes advice on image rights taxation, the taxation of agents’ fees, the taxation of non-residents appearing in sporting events in the UK, benefit in kind implications where relevant and all private client tax relating to individuals including, in particular, tax relating to residence and domicile issues. We also have a speciality in the transfer of assets abroad rules which can apply to non-domiciled footballers in particular.
