Graeme Buller

Senior Director

Graeme Buller is a Senior Director with A&M’s Disputes and Investigations practice in London, where he works within the Forensic Technology Services team.  He has 15 years of experience in forensically capturing and preserving data from a wide range of digital devices, including servers, computers and mobile devices, and is experienced in forensic analysis of electronic media and eDisclosure review management.

Mr Buller has undertaken work for major UK police forces, regulators and government organisations along with a range of high-profile corporate clients, law firms and high net worth individuals. In addition, Mr Buller has provided expert testimony in UK court.

Mr Buller’s recent experience includes:

  • Providing eDisclosure support for a Premier League football club in a dispute with an insurer. This involved collection, processing and review support (including the use of advanced analytics) in respect of the High Court matter;
  • Forensic technology support to collect relevant data from Premier League football clubs to aid the disclosure process in stadium-related construction disputes;
  • Providing support to a Premier League football club in relation to an on-going internal investigation. This included the preservation and analysis of digital devices;
  • Providing digital forensic support to a UK football club, supporting them in the response to a data breach;
  • Providing support to the owner of a football club in relation to a High Court dispute. This involved the collection, processing and review support of over 5TB of data; and
  • Performing digital forensic collections as part of a data carve-out exercise in KSA. This involved the collection of over 80TB of data which required filtering based on specific criteria.

Mr Buller holds a BSc(hons) Forensic Computing degree and is a Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA).
