Paul Nash

Paul leads our Compliance and Forensics Investigations team and has 20 years’ experience undertaking global investigations into fraud and corruption allegations and leading anti-corruption compliance reviews for a wide range of clients. He has worked across several industries with specific expertise in advising clients in emerging markets, and corporates operating in the sports, life sciences, oil and gas, and mining sectors for matters relating to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act & UK Bribery Act. Prior to joining Baker Tilly, Paul worked in the forensic accounting team of a global Big 4 professional services firm, where he developed extensive experience carrying out multi-jurisdictional fraud investigations and anti-corruption reviews across the Middle East and Africa, including an 18-month secondment to a FTSE 100 global healthcare company.
