Genevieve works within Sports Sponsorship and Legal Affairs for player initiatives at Major League Baseball Europe. She has worked on projects such as The World Baseball Classic, European Big League Tour, MLB Sponsorship Academies and the British Polo Masters.

Genevieve currently teaches International Sports Law, Sports Law and Sports Marketing at Ithaca College, London and Birkbeck College, London. In addition Genevieve lectures at various sports related conferences around the world.

Genevieve has published numerous articles in the area of sports law with research mainly focusing on legal issues surrounding equine sports, learning disabilities in sport and the legalities of sports sponsorship and sports marketing.
