Danielle is an Associate in the Sports Team at Charles Russell Speechlys LLP. Previously she spent eight years as legal advisor to the British Horseracing Authority working on a variety of matters concerning regulatory, governance, data protection and disciplinary issues. Danielle prosecuted a number of British racing’s most high profile corruption and doping cases during her time with the organisation.

At Charles Russell Speechlys, Danielle continues to work with a number of sports governing bodies, clubs and individuals on a wide range of subjects relating to breaches of procedure, integrity, integrity education, governance, safeguarding, welfare, doping and the structure of Rules and Regulations. She is a founding member of the Charles Russell Speechlys Integrity Services Unit. As well as advising on sport related matters, Danielle works on a wide range of commercial disputes across different industries. She often works on causes involving allegations of fraud that have an international element.

Danielle loves playing and watching sport and is an avid West Ham United supporter.
