A leading business and legal strategist for more than twenty five years, Joshua is an experienced educator, consultant, arbitrator, mediator and organizational capability builder who specializes in sports industry strategy and crisis management. He is the founder and lead practitioner at the Sports Conflict Institute (SCI), which supports the sports business industry through negotiation strategies and complex problem solving.

Joshua is a Woodard Family Foundation Fellow Senior Instructor of Sports Business and Law at the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business. He is an arbitrator for the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) on both the football and general lists and the lead author of The Sports. Playbook: Building Teams that Outperform year After Year (Routledge 2018).
