Leigh is the Policy Manager at the Sport and Recreation Alliance, a member body which represents over 300 organisations including many of the UK's major sports governing bodies as well as a number of other national and regional representative organisations.

Leigh leads the Alliance's policy function with a particular focus on sports integrity, broadcasting, tax and fiscal policy and European policy. He works with government and regulators and also provides expertise and guidance to members on key legal and regulatory issues affecting the sports sector including data protection, gambling regulation, secondary ticketing and taxation.

He has extensive experience of sports law and public policy having been closely involved in the design and implementation of sports policy and legislation in a wide range of areas in recent years.
