Marie-Anne is a lawyer and senior associate at Sweden’s leading law firm within sports law, in Gothenburg, Sweden. She specializes in sports, media and entertainment law and frequently assist clients in regards to regulatory, player transfers and third-party ownership issues as well as represents MAQS’ clients before the decision-making bodies of national and international sports federations and the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Lausanne. In addition, Marie-Anne also advises companies, associations, non-profit organizations, athletes and intermediaries in a broad range of commercial, employment, association and gambling/lottery issues.

Marie-Anne is also a member of the Swedish Football Association’s Appeal Board and the first and only Swedish sports lawyer to be recognized by Who’s Who Legal: Sports.
