He leads the sports law team which plays a pioneer role in the area of sports law in China and has obtained an absolute leading position in the area of international sports arbitration and sports disputes resolution. He also acts as Director at Shanghai Bar Association Education & Sport Committee, Arbitrator at the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), and Member of the Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA).
