Enric is Founder of the Sports Law Firm ERG Sports Law & Arbitration, with extensive private practice experience of dealing with sports regulatory matters, whether contentious or non-contentious, including in respect of all legal issues pertaining to football transfers, minors, disciplinary and Ethics proceedings. He has represented clients before governing bodies such as National Associations, ITF, UEFA, CONMEBOL, AFC, FIFA, World Athletics, and the CAS.

With Spanish, English and Italian as main business Languages, he has advised Clubs, agents and athletes in Europe, Asia, and Latin America. Acknowledged in 2018 by the publication Who´s Who Legal as one of the top lawyers in Sport, he has been recently recognized as Thought Leader in Sports in the inaugural edition 2021, Enric is permanent lecturer in several educational institutions as the European University of Madrid, the Johan Cruyff Institute and others and invited to lecture in conferences. He is author of several spezialised papers in sport-related matters. He has been also appointed as Permanent Arbitrator of the Sports and Entertaiment Commission by the European Arbitration Association.
