Erin Kidd is a Director in the Labour & Employment practice in Squire Patton Boggs' Sydney office. She is recognised for Labour and Employment Law in Best Lawyers in Australia 2023 (15th Edition) and is a finalist in the Special Counsel of the Year category in the Australian Women in Law Awards 2022.

Erin advises on all aspects of the employment relationship and the engagement of contractors. This includes advice on recruitment procedures, employment contracts, termination of employment and employment-related litigation, including in respect of restraints of trade and discrimination. Erin’s work also includes preparing and advising on contractor agreements and the termination of contractor engagements.

Erin advises on and conducts workplace investigations into allegations of discrimination, harassment and misconduct, and also delivers workplace training.

Erin has advised numerous employers in the Sports & Entertainment industry, including event and tournament organisers, and employers in radio broadcasting, television and film production.
