Erin, a duly qualified solicitor in England & Wales and Australia, started her career working for the NSW Attorney-General’s Department in Sydney, Australia, before relocating to London in 2006. Having worked in the sport sector for the past ten years, she has headed up the Legal Department at Sport England since 2013 which was recently shortlisted for ‘Public Sector In-House Team of the Year 2016’ by The Lawyer.

Named as one of The Lawyer’s ‘Hottest 100 In-House Lawyers’ in 2015, Erin has worked on a number of high profile projects including the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games; the re-financing of Wembley National Stadium; and more recently both phases of Sport England’s first marketing campaign ‘This Girl Can’.

Previously Erin was a Non-Executive Director of a UK National Governing Body of Sport, is currently a Director of the Manchester Institute of Health & Performance and also a Governor of a London primary school.
