Rebecca is a Senior Associate in our Intellectual Property Group based in London focusing on the media, entertainment and sports sector.

Rebecca has developed and run several global brand enforcement projects for clients, using technology to streamline processes for clients and make their anti-counterfeit programs as cost effective as possible. This work includes creating strategies to help large global brands protect and enforce their rights from online infringement, including against the landscape of new gTLDs. Rebecca co-ordinated the anti-infringement campaign for the 2017 Lions tour to New Zealand and has helped several Premier League football clubs deal with online brand issues.  Rebecca has also acted in numerous actions involving copyright infringement relating to broadcasting sports events in pubs around the UK. While her focus has been on contentious IP work (including successfully mediating and arbitrating matters), Rebecca has also worked on major corporate transactions with significant IP issues, future-proofing IP arrangements to take account of digital developments.
