Stephanie Williams

Stephanie is a trainee solicitor at Peters & Peters in the Commercial Litigation, Civil Fraud and Asset Tracing department.

As a trainee in the Commercial Litigation Department, Stephanie has gained experience in sovereign disputes, banking litigation, bringing civil fraud claims, seeking interim remedies and proceedings under s.9 of the Arbitration Act 1996.

Stephanie joined the firm as a paralegal, where she worked as part of the team representing Richard Boath, one of the ‘Barclays Four’ senior executives accused of fraud in relation to payments made to Qatar at the height of the financial crisis in the landmark SFO prosecution, in which he was unanimously acquitted by a jury at the Central Criminal Court.

Prior to joining the firm, Stephanie was called to the Bar by Middle Temple. Stephanie has a Masters in Law from the University of Bristol. She also holds a BA (Honours) in Theology from the University of Nottingham.
