Joshua A. Gordon, JD, MA is a leading sports business and legal strategist for more than 25 years. Mr. Gordon serves the University of Oregon Office of the President as the Faculty Athletics Representative and is the Woodard Family Fellow Senior Instructor of Sports Business and Law at the Lundquist College of Business. He is an experienced dispute resolution profession and is currently an arbitrator for the Court of Arbitration for Sport (Football and General lists), Arbitrator and Chair of the USATF SafeSport Appeals Committee, Mediator for FIFA, and the Founding Practitioner of the Sports Conflict Institute.
