Alistair is the Director of Dispute Resolution, Restructuring & Sport at Walker Morris LLP and is a highly experienced litigator with more than a decade of experience principally across the practice areas of insolvency and sport.

Alistair specialises in high value and complex disputes acting for office holders and directors of companies across a multitude of industries. He advises on all aspects of corporate and personal insolvency work.

In sport Alistair advises Clubs (including Premier League clubs), organisations, athletes and other sporting professionals on the full spectrum of regulatory, disciplinary, selection and contractual issues, resolving their disputes whether in Court or by arbitration.

Alistair is a member of Sport Resolutions’ Panel of Arbitrators and Mediators and a director of The British Association of Sport and Law. He is a contributing author to the leading publication Football and the Law (Bloomsbury, 2018) and on the Editorial Board of LawInSport.
