AFC agrees rights deal with Abu Dhabi Media in the United Arab Emirates

Kuala Lumpur: The Asian Football Confederation (AFC) has today confirmed Abu Dhabi Media, the UAE’s leading public service broadcaster and media company, as their exclusive media partner to broadcast the AFC’s national team and club competitions for the 2021 to 2024 rights cycle in the United Arab Emirates.

The US Supreme Court has refused an NFL and AT&T Inc’s DirecTV appeal which called for the court to overrule a lower court decision to revive a lawsuit that accuses them of overcharging for a satellite television package, meaning the lawsuit can move forward.
