1473/20 (Sutherland, Gallotti v/ Araski AES)

The American Player, Aishah Gameela Sutherland, and her Agent, Lorenzo Gallotti, filed a claim against the Spanish Club Araski AES for outstanding salaries, agent fees and interest. In accordance with Article 16.2 of the BAT Rules, the Arbitrator issued an award without reasons.
