Participation at the FIFA Women’s Football Convention, 18 and 19 August 2023

Dear Sir or Madam,

The second edition of the FIFA Women’s Football Convention is scheduled to take place in Sydney/Gadigal, Australia, on 18 and 19 August 2023 as the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023TM, which is set to be the biggest women’s single-sporting event in the world, comes to its thrilling conclusion.

The FIFA Women’s Football Convention will bring together leaders from the world of football to discuss the development of women’s football, whilst showcasing best practices to further inspire the growth of the women’s game around the world.

In preparation for the FIFA Women’s Football Convention, we are pleased to provide you with some important information concerning the participation of member associations.

Registration of delegates

FIFA is pleased to invite your President, General Secretary and individual responsible for women's football to attend both the convention and the final of the FIFA Women's World Cup. The President of your member association will have received their invite separately and FIFA requests that the two additional participants are registered by clicking on the "RSVP" button in the invitation email that accompanies this circular letter. We kindly ask that you complete the registration process for all delegates at your earliest convenience to ensure the booking process is as smooth as possible.

Travel and accommodation

FIFA will arrange and cover the travel and accommodation costs for all delegates registered in line with the above.
