eFIBA exhibition on NBA2K23 ready to rock first ever Olympic Esports Week

MIES (Switzerland) - The ever impressive growth and evolution of eFIBA is set to take another exciting step as it gets ready to showcase itself at the inaugural Olympic Esports Week in Singapore.

Taking place between June 22 and 25, it's the culmination of the Olympic Esports Series, a global virtual and simulated sports competition created by the International Olympic Committee and in collaboration with International Federations and game publishers.

This historic event at the Suntec Convention Centre provides the perfect platform for eFIBA to show itself to a wider audience and once again captivate new fans as basketball's talented gamers step onto the virtual court of NBA2K23 for more exhilarating showdowns,

It promises to be a typically epic battle of skills as eFIBA season 1 regional champions Turkey, Brazil, and the Philippines all go head-to-head in a display of virtual basketball mastery.

The appearance at the landmark Olympic Esports Week comes off the back of a flying start for the debut eFIBA season, which involved 30 National Federations.

eFIBA Season 1 consisted of seven online regional events across the four FIBA Regions of Europe, Americas, Asia and Africa. Season 1 saw plenty of excitement and drama with a memorable three-point buzzer-beater from European Champions Turkey. Basketball and gaming fans around the world were able to follow live action from eFIBA Season 1 on FIBA's Twitch and YouTube channels and via its social media channels.

The Olympic Esports Week eFIBA Exhibition event tips off on June 25. More information about the event can be found here
